CRICKET-QUALIFIERS-Bermuda, Canada in final day showdown for T20 World Cup spot.

Unbeaten Bermuda remained on course for a place in next year's Twenty20 World Cup in the Caribbean but face a potentially tricky hurdle in Saturday's final round of matches in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Americas Final.

The hosts picked up a point after both of Friday's fixtures were abandoned due to heavy rain, caused by the passage of Tropical Storm Philippe.

Bermuda had been scheduled to face Cayman Islands while Canada were set to take on Panama.

The abandonment left Bermuda on nine points from their five games and needing only a point to qualify, while Canada are two points behind in second.

However, Canada boast a superior net run rate, having dominated their opposition ever since their opening round 86-run defeat to Bermuda last weekend.
