FOOTBALL-NATIONS-LEAD Reggae Boyz advance; St Lucia, St Kitts win (includes quotes).

MIAMI -- Unbeaten Jamaica hardly broke their stride as they blitzed Grenada 4-1 to march into the quarter-finals of the CONCACAF Nations League on Thursday night.
