1 UPON READING the Application filed by the Barbados Light & Power Company Limited (“BLPC” or the “Applicant”) on April 30, 2019 for the Review of BLPC's Depreciation Rates and the approval of a Depreciation Policy, pursuant to Section 16 of the Utilities Regulation Act Cap 282 of the Laws of Barbados (the “URA”);

2 AND UPON READING AND CONSIDERING the written submissions of the Applicant; the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources (presently known as the Ministry of Energy and Business Development); the Barbados Renewable Energy Association; and the Commission's own research.
