Trading allegations ahead of crucial by election.

The Antigua and Barbuda government and the main opposition United Progressive Party (UPP) were trading allegations ahead of Monday's Nomination Day for the crucial St Mary's South constituency that the candidate of the UPP had won in the January 18 general elections this year.

The by-election will be held on October 24.
